Terms of Service for Zoë Zimmitti

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of all services provided by Zoë Zimmitti. By purchasing or booking any service, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Zoë Zimmitti offers a variety of styling services, including but not limited to personal styling, wardrobe consultations, event styling, and on-set styling for individuals, professionals, and high-net-worth clients.

• All services are customized to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Services may be subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel any service with prior notice. 

3. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all styling services.

• All payments for services are non-refundable and final once the booking is confirmed.

• Any rescheduling of services must be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a reschedule request is made less than 48 hours in advance, the booking will be considered final and non-refundable. 

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions for ongoing styling services or packages are activated immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.

• By subscribing, you acknowledge that your subscription starts on the date of purchase and cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• All sales for both services and subscriptions are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted after the service has been booked or the subscription has been purchased.

• If a service is canceled by Zoë Zimmitti due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or service.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their preferences, wardrobe needs, and any relevant details that may affect styling.

• We are not liable for any dissatisfaction due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Liability

• Zoë Zimmitti is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of services provided.

• While we aim to provide the highest level of styling services, we cannot guarantee specific results or satisfaction due to the subjective nature of personal styling.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering styling services.

• Zoë Zimmitti is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

• Zoë Zimmitti reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
